By downloading or using Tatlab (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Tatlab lets you generate tattoo design concepts with AI, refine them, preview them on a photo of your skin, export stencils, design cover-ups from a photo of an existing tattoo (Cover-Up Studio), test lettering, explore symbol meanings, and follow an aftercare healing guide. Designs are produced by AI and are provided for inspiration and visualisation only.
Tatlab Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered as Weekly ($6.99/week) or Annual ($39.99/year) (or the equivalent in your local currency) through your Apple ID. There is no free trial.
You may use designs you generate for personal purposes, including taking them to a tattoo artist. You are responsible for your use of any design, including ensuring you have the rights to any names, text, or references you include in a prompt.
You agree not to use Tatlab to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that depicts or exploits minors. We may decline or block requests that violate these rules or our providers’ policies.
Tatlab produces digital concepts only. A tattoo is a permanent decision. AI-generated designs may contain errors, asymmetries, or misspellings, and an on-skin preview is an approximation. Always confirm the final artwork, spelling, sizing, and placement with a licensed professional tattoo artist before getting tattooed. We are not responsible for tattoos you choose to get based on designs from the app.
The Healing Tracker and any aftercare guidance in Tatlab are general information only and are not medical advice. Healing varies by person. If you have signs of infection or any concern about your tattoo, consult a doctor or your tattoo artist.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output quality is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms incorporate Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, the stricter consumer-protective provision applies.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
